      Avantages

      Most of the employees are quality, good people. 75% of benefits paid for by company. Vast improvement in HR in the last year. Generally a safe environment to work in.

      Inconvénients

      Ownership doesnt seem to follow thru with all statements that would benefit the employee. Reviews are stated to be annual in company handbook but are not honored on a 52 week basis. Employees may need to work 18 months for a 12 month review. Employees with longer tenures "get away with murder", much nepotism allowed. Inconsistant messaging from management.

      Avantages

      Great people at tscan, really enjoyed my time there.

      Inconvénients

      Things were very tumultuous at times but the pandemic made things difficult and put the company in a bad position which ended up being a strain on employees
