Avantages
I have been with Systemtec for a little over 2 years and I am so happy that I came to work for this company. Management truly cares for their employees and want to see us succeed. They help us set goals and give us every opportunity and support to meet them. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic they have bent over backwards to accommodate employees needs during this uncertain time. They have allowed remote work for anyone (internal) that wants to do their job from home. They have been supportive and found creative ways for employees to destress and deal with the crazy times that 2020 has given us. Most importantly, we have fun.
Inconvénients
Some of Systemtec's clients have a very tedious hiring process. The staff here continuously looks at ways that we can make the process easier for our consultants on our end.
