      Senior Management has greatly improved what was a good company to now a great company to work for. This has not been an easy transition for everyone but the company is definitely headed in the right direction. You are surrounded by good quality hard working people that work well together. There is tons of opportunity to grow and people are supported in career changes they want to make

      Agency recruiting and staffing is a difficult business. You need to know that you want to do this type of work.

      Avantages

      The job is fully remote, and there are learning opportunities within the client company.

      Inconvénients

      After months of hard work, employees are “rewarded” with a a significant pay cut. Leadership is ineffective and provides little guidance. Payroll is constantly mishandled, creating confusion and mistrust. Benefits are terrible; no PTO and health insurance costs are unreasonable. The the client treats contractors like full-time employees when it comes to workload, without the protections or clarity of an employee role. This creates legal and ethical concerns.
