Avantages
Definitely the people. You can tell they take hiring seriously by bringing in the very best people. The benefits are good and have improved. Flexible schedule. The work can be challenging, and my skills have developed with the work.
Inconvénients
Some managers appear to be spread too thin. Spreading out the work would help for more one on one time and direction for employees.
