Inconvénients
• Poor pay as per other major IT software companies • HR team is not very pro-active across south Asia region. No good events etc are organised, no FESTIVALS are ever celebrated. • Non inclusive culture, example: a Bengali team lead will mostly hire all Bengalis in her/his team • Benefits are not as per industry standards • Promotions are a highly political game here. • IMP: Company pushes you to work more with NOT giving a promotion and keeps you working harder in bait of promotions, not a sign of a good culture • Other co-Founder has left the company recently • Company exploits people by hiring even NIT and IIT Masters Post Grad as “Tech Interns” for long 1-2 year durations on cheaper costs and then don’t convert to a full time offer!!!
