      Low pay for equal work, company match in 401k requires 5 years. Most contracts are only 3 years.

      Avantages

      Incredible management, very communicative, most supportive and kind people i have ever worked with. They want to see you succeed on your contracts and are your safe space for questions and learning. I have never been more pleased with a company. Unlimited PTO

      Most of their recognition is paid out in internal points instead of actual money
