      - Like the flexible working - three core days of 11 am - 5 pm and the rest of the time is flexible where you work it and when - Amazing smart people

      Inconvénients

      - salary perhaps a little below market but get options and this was rated #1 startup by Wired

      Avantages

      A dynamic and challenging environment. Never a dull moment. Very fast paced. Exciting growth.

      Inconvénients

      It's a start up - you can't ever rest on your laurels. Things change fast and sometimes that is challenging, but for the most part, worth it.

      Avantages

      Working at a start up that’s been acquired means that you still have room to gain experience which was the case for me.

      Inconvénients

      My manager had a lot of things on their plate and while their intent was to support me (no fault of their own) not much attention could be given to a contractor so had to learn everything on my own with minimum support.
