      Avantages

      Excellent office setting after a state-of-the-art remodel in 2012. Company remained stable even in difficult times such as post 9-11-01. Marketing is very innovative.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes importance of business goals overshadows the needs of employees. Management needs to realize that satisfied employees work harder for the overall company good.

      Working here has been a great experience. The company offers a strong balance between technical challenge and professional growth. Leadership encourages innovation, open communication, and collaboration across all engineering disciplines.

      Inconvénients

      The pace is fast and projects move quickly, but it keeps the work exciting and there’s always something new to learn.
