      Avantages

      With At&T, you can learn so many things. From connectivity troubleshoot to basic troubleshoot for operating system or email configuration issue. Everyday is a new day here. You get to learn new things everyday. Cab facility is good.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes need to handle back to back calls. Also leave policies could have made better. Incentives can be achieved but need to maintain the scores. Cafeteria could have been better.
