      Cooperative, team-oriented staff and management. Great people to work with and for. Excellent work-life-balance.

      Inconvénients

      Infrequent employment reviews and too frequent management reshuffling. Compensation and benefits are average at best, but are offset by an excellent work-life balance.

      Decent benefits Regular scheduling, very few surprises Some opportunities to advance and grow skills within the company

      Inconvénients

      It's the world of training, it can be monotonous No 401k match Not as much company culture with everyone working remotely, but weekly lunches has worked to fix that.
