      Avantages

      This is a review of Summit Radiology in Georgia, serving the greater Atlanta Metro area: Great group of hard-working, motivated physicians who work together very well. Great group ethos. No backstabbing or tribalism. Just a hard-working, diverse group of docs who treat their patients, staff and each other the right way! Such a breath of fresh air.

      Inconvénients

      The group is spread out, so you often won't see colleagues for months!

      Avantages

      Organization is very proactive and desires to maintain productivity to ensure continued success. Utilizes employees to their fullest abilities; offers a good balance between work and home life. Management is concerned about employee job satisfaction.

      Inconvénients

      Due to the size of the practice it has limited growth opportunities for further advancement of support personnel to get into management positions.
