Good benefits, decent wages, they will give raises often if you just do your job. 2 bonuses per year. Good people.

Inconvénients

Only up to two weeks of vacation and you have to be there for 10 years before you get the second week.

Solid pay if you negotiate it and pretty good coworkers

Inconvénients

Poor management, lack of clear training plan, fail to outline expectations, lack of knowledge especially on off shifts.
