This is my first job and the best one. At first, I was little concerned to be a part of this organization but when I started working for the Clients, I really loved my work. It is a great place to work and boost our career with a good start. For freshers, the company will help them in learning everything from the scratch. And I must say, the staffs here are very friendly and encouraging. Moreover, the management helps everyone to come with their own ideas. One can work in an encouraging and supporting environment. Also, you can enjoy official trip but an enjoyable one, fun activities and much more every year. Working here will give you the knowledge and determination to deal with international clients must to mention picky clients:) You will learn how to handle hard situations, team management, cooperation and the positive list goes on.. Inconvénients
Like other companies, there are politics which is common in every workplace. Organization without politics is like food without salt. Sometimes we need challenges to enjoy our work and the best challenge is overcoming the politics :)
