Avantages
I liked working there. It was a fun, fast paced environment. There's a pretty decent discount, 25%, and I honestly spent a lot of my paycheck working there! It's easy to move up in management once you start.
Inconvénients
When I started out as sales there were times I would only get 3 hours a week. Over time I moved up in management but they pay horribly. New girls would transfer from other retail stores and would start out at $15 an hour and I was the same position for $10.35 an hour. Very biased towards employees and you have to sell certain amounts of VIP cards and fragrances or you can be fired. Overall, not worth the pay.
