      Avantages

      Comfortable work/life balance. Co-workers are passionate about industry and want to develop excellent products.

      Inconvénients

      -New product development is driven by sales team and has limited input from Engineering -Two major layoffs in two years -Leadership shows no accountability during layoffs and provides limited roadmap for future. -Projects get to full production stage of lifecycle and then abruptly cancelled. "Chasing squirrels" in the marketplace. -Absolutely no room for advancement.

      Good experience, fast paced, small company allows you to wear a lot of hats and learn a lot.

      Inconvénients

      Mentorship and training is not strong - need to be a self starter.
