      Travel Outdoors Physically demanding Climbing Seeing all kinds of cool wildlife

      Inconvénients

      The management is very bad. Compensation is based on the number and type of inspections. Which can be good, but most of the time does not work out to be benifitional. You have to work with a partner. Imagine spending 20 days straight, 24 hours a day, with someone not of you choosing. Seems like the company is hiring and firing at the same time. Some of the firings have been arbitrary. The chances of advancing beyond the field are slim to none.

      Avantages

      Flexible schedule, laid back but safe work environment, great or beginning engineers to get their foot in the door.

      Inconvénients

      Inconsistent communication and work can be sparse at times during the year.
