Your work has a larger impact as part of working in a small team. Senior management are passionate about the work. Flexible working and a relaxed office.
Inconvénients
A very small team, borderline understaffed. This had a knock-on effect with everyone feeling under constant pressure and overworked. Strengthscope is an established company with a start up mentality. The company was going through a lot of change with minimal processes and order in place. No company perks.
