Unfortunately you will not be appreciated for your time, skills, and effort at Streamline. They will tell you that this job requires hard work but in reality this means you will be overworked. You are expected to work more than 40 hours a week, especially for the customer and tech support roles. You will not receive promotions unless you totally give up your work-life balance. However, when you do work hard they will just continue to give you more work without a promotion or pay increase. Bonuses are not guaranteed and they will be threatened in meetings.
They do not reward or value their top employees, instead they just shift work around to help the lazy team members. There is also blatant favoritism among the managers and COO. It is completely unprofessional and good luck becoming one of the favorites as a new employee. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews on Glassdoor or their AZ Top Companies award. We were highly suggested to complete these reviews and called out if we did not. They are in desperate need of a major overhaul and true leaders. Many employees have left the company recently and for good reasons. Don't waste your time and value here!
