I love working at Strattic! I don't think there's a con here for me, this job and company fits me very well. Some folks would say that timezone differences or needing to do a support shift while others around the world are resting is a bummer, but I don't mind and think it's a good thing.

Strattic is by far the best company I have ever worked for, in so many respects. Not just because the leadership truly appreciate the employees and all the effort and time they put in. But also because they actually care, and it shows. I've been at Strattic for almost two years, and in that time my role has changed and grown vastly. Plenty of opportunity here for both personal and professional development. We have such an amazing team!!! I consider myself lucky to work with the finest talent in each of their respective fields. I am constantly learning from each and every member of the team. The fun and games are just a bonus. As with any startup we also have some nice perks and great swag, which are just the cherry on top. I'm excited for the journey ahead as we continue to grow and expand.

It's sometimes tough to be a part of a relatively small team, at such a rapidly growing startup. I love that my role is so diverse, but there is so much to do, and so little time. I am hopeful that that will change as we continue to grow as a team, although finding greatly skilled people, isnt as easy as it might seem.
