      Avantages

      Being a Co-Op, it's nice to know profits are going back into the company and it's members, and not to an owner or shareholders.

      Inconvénients

      It seems that due to the majority of funding going into infrastructure, the fleet of vehicles is quite old on average. This leads to frequent down time for repairs and is not great for the companies image.

      They pay for your phone and half of your internet.

      Inconvénients

      They do not want people working remote, they fear forward thinking, and they are stuck in the past.
