Avantages
The Stealth staff (and the owners in particular) are possibly the nicest people I have ever worked with. Fantastic, grateful people that make the projects with fast turnarounds doable. Personally, I appreciate when even those at the top are talented and approachable - I felt lucky there that the president Mindy Jeffries is a smart marketer, proactive and outgoing with a young-at-heart attitude; and when things were tough a good listener with an open door. Something I admired. The company culture is fair, fun, they try to foster some bonding, and show appreciation for hard work. More often than not this cancels out those tough projects. I am a fan!
Inconvénients
My opinion: Drafts can be imperfect. At times the internal teams have many voices giving feedback, it adds inefficient layers to get through and adds days onto tight deadlines, but I think that can be pretty standard for the marketing industry.
