      Avantages

      The people in the office are friendly co-worker's and the management gives you freedom to work privately. However there is no incentive to work harder because they don't give you recognition.

      Inconvénients

      There is no recognition for hard or supervision for actually doing the work. This is a joke of a company and i advise you to stay away.
