Avantages

Most people are really nice and the company seems seems to be fairly loyal to its employees, nobody gets fired after they've been there for a while

Inconvénients

Nobody gets fired, even people who spend all day doing nothing. There are a ton of managers/directors and most of them don't really do much

Solid workplace culture, enjoyable experience. PTO grows significantly in first few years. Solid insurance options, up to $0 premium.

Inconvénients

Pay lags industry, raises seemingly only match inflation if received. Raises for promotions within department lack substantial increase.
