      The office is nice Nice desks Bonuses can be large Employer paid base healthcare Snack Bar

      Inconvénients

      Serious disconnect between upper management and employees Retaliatory actions of upper management to remove hybrid for everyone but keep full remote Upper management blames lack of efficiency on employees and doesnt take responsibility for terrible employee retention as a large cause Very high turnover rate! Large workloads = high stress Not all positions have competitive salaries When hybrid policy was still in effect different departments had various different rules for the policy making it terrible for some and great for others Upper management has poor interdepartemnt communication More could be added about upper management

      Avantages

      First and foremost, you will have a great team of coworkers that are smart and helpful. My experience was overall very good and I observed that leadership team listens to you. If you bring value, you will be valued. Break rooms, snacks are cool perks. EV charging (shared).

      Inconvénients

      Some quick turnovers, but that could be attributed to personal reasons and company's target.

      Avantages

      - You get a wide variety of project work that gives you an extremely good base in the solar industry. - Coworkers are generally awesome at the lower levels. - Pay has improved from where it used to be.

      Inconvénients

      - No remote/hybrid work (cmon - its 2026 and most of your competitors have this. you are actively losing good people). - Inter-department communication can be a bit dysfunctional at times.
