Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Good technology, may good workers, good intentions, a good merger with DVS. The Cytof seems to hold promise for targeted immunotherapy. They are moving in a clinical direction, however it is much to late in the game and the technology is not ideal for the clinical space.
Inconvénients
This company has dwindled down so far that there are two directions it can go: acquisition or bankrupt. Unfortunately, they have lost many of the good people who helped make it as successful as it had once been. However, this does not seem to concern the management who have the golden parachutes when the rip cord is pulled. The CEO seems like a genuine person, but perhaps not ready to run a company, nor are his top in command.
