      Avantages

      None! Would rather use this space to talk about cons than pros!

      Inconvénients

      The founders have little to no experience of running a company, treat their employees like cattle, don't have the decency to behave professionally, pay is bad, micromanagers but can't get anything right, no security for employees- can be terminated instantly with or without reason and without F&F in most cases. Smriti Tomar c is extremely high headed and nobody wants to work with her- what kind of leadership is this?

      Stack wealth is a high energy fast waste startup where you can see the direct impact of your work also the micro management is very little and you can expect to take ownership of your role, also the culture is performance given and people who usually take initiative the 10 to do very well overall it's a very good company to work

      Inconvénients

      If you are someone who is looking for a very structured or slow past environment then this companies not meant for you
