      Some confusion with onboarding, Government contracting is sometimes stressful, no real room for growth within the contract

      Avantages

      Lots of Happy hours………whether a farewell (mass exodus of senior leadership) or forced participation. Some wonderfully tenured folks who are overly complacent.
