      There are some dedicated employees who want to help patients.

      Inconvénients

      Hospital is having financial problems, so hours are cut back, salaries are cut, you use your PTO time unvoluntarily, nursing mgt is horrible.

      Avantages

      Working here is tough, but if your boss is the right person you'll be fine. Heaven help you if your boss isn't great.

      Inconvénients

      It's a difficult job in a difficult time to do work like this. My pay scale has been lousy but that's more to do with my place in the company then with the company itself.
