      Avantages

      Dog-friendly office and strong growth culture with opportunities to develop professionally. Great office location with good accessibility. Good work-life balance with flexible working options available. Engaging projects providing opportunities to work on meaningful and impactful work.

      Inconvénients

      More structured training programs would help employees upskill and grow faster. The Liverpool office feels quieter compared to the London office. More social events and team-building activities would enhance the company culture further.

      Avantages

      Mission is excellent and teams on the ground are thoroughly dedicated to what they do. Despite all the challenges they are innovative, enthusiastic and really care about making a difference. Cross functional work is great and Dev team is exceptional

      Inconvénients

      Founders failed the transition to becoming C-suite. Whiplash decisions and total absence of change management makes for a fractious work environment. Employee NPS consistently negative. Pay is pretty uncompetitive too
