Inconvénients
It's disappointing to see that management have not learned from previous incidents, leading to more reduction in staff numbers. Making junior staff members, many of whom were recently students themselves, redundant before Christmas and after only a month at the company in some cases really goes against what the company is supposed to be about. It's a real shame that their passion for improving employment access and conditions for young people doesn't seem to extend to their own staff.
