Lack of organization. Lack of clear direction. No learning opportunity. Interns only copy and paste info from an online database. Business is not doing well. You need to be a Telegu speaker to be part of the team dynamic. They work solely in M&A and call themselves an investment bank. (Investment Banking includes underwriting securities, participating in the secondary capital markets and trading actively for themselves or on behalf of their institutional clients and a host of other functions.) They don't pay you a decent salary, yet expect you to work 6 days of the week from 9 to 6 at minimum and on top of that be at their beck and call whenever they feel like it. The tasks assigned to you can be done by anyone who isn't completely illiterate. I knew more about finance than their MD.
