      Avantages

      The educators have a real love for what they do despite their limited hours and pay and if you have a love for science, art and history as well as being engaged in customer service, definitely apply.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay and low hours due to non-profit status (it is a museum after all); opportunities for growth are incredibly limited, coworkers, specifically some from security and some from custodial are lazy and very incompetent.

      Great Leadership and amazing coworkers. Time off policy is the best. Great place to work.

      My experience at the SM was great. The people are kind and hard-working.
