Avantages

Easy to get along with the team. Easy to trust everyone to accomplish their role as well.

Inconvénients

Events are a bit on the spur of the moment with little to no prep time to all others besides the cooking crew and high managers.

Avantages

They have a good amount of staff and the way that they pay the staff is satisfactory.

Inconvénients

They could plan their events more thoroughly, but it has been a couple of years now since I was there so I don't know what has changed since then.
