Inconvénients
Owners cut cost at the expense of their own employees. Raises are non existing, even after bringing in a "consultant" and empty promises of change - reviews were late again and small raises based on cost of living adjustments. All while the owner enjoys the cash that keeps rolling in. Benefits are pitiful, medical is so expensive with $1000 deductibles, the number of holidays keep shrinking. Only work here if you can afford to live on initial salary with no anticipated increases. Just look at the parking lot and see how many older cars there are and how few can afford a car payment.
