If you would enjoy being talked down-to by that angry little kid from Game of Thrones, then you will love working at Candy Worx - the candy machine division of Spec Engineering. Another pro for people who love having their experience ignored and their boss's ideas celebrated - this is the place to be.
Inconvénients
Your years of experience and skill-set as an engineer won't matter as much as your ability to get along with an impossibly arrogant and unqualified management. But you won't know this until after you are out of a job. The employee review system is based on moods, feelings, and whims. If this seems too negative to be true, just search on LI by past-employees of Spec and you'll start to see the picture.
