      Avantages

      People are really friendly. You feel very welcome as soon as you set foot in the door. Everyone is very helpful and wants to help you succeed.

      Inconvénients

      The job I had applied for was not the job they gave me. They were very vague in the interview about the job and could not answer what the details were about the job. This is a door-to-door sales position. Hours are very long. I was told that we work from 9am-7pm but that is not the case. I didn't get home til around 10:30pm every night. We also work on Saturdays, which I was never told.

      Avantages

      Working here is awesome. I am busy all day so the day goes by fast and the management staff really strives to help their team. I enjoy learning and being challenged.

      Inconvénients

      It was overwhelming at first to learn everything but they gave me about 2 weeks of training. So I am very great full of that.

      Avantages

      Working here is not for everyone. The management stuff understands that. It was everything I was looking for. Stability for my family and myself. Full time hours or more. Tons of growth since they only grow from with in. The growth is never ending and if you set up the right compensation package there is no cap on how much you can make. The environment is young and fast paced.

      Inconvénients

      You are always working in a team so if you are more independent this is not for you. If you want to just sit at a desk all day this is not for you. If you want social media marketing this is not for you. This is for people who want a career.
