      Avantages

      - Amazing peers and colleagues - Management spearheading the long term vision, strategy and goals for the company- very involved! - Good compensation and benefits package - Tight knit community where everyone's opinions are heard and considered - Rapidly growing team within the CPM space

      Inconvénients

      - Due to covid, we haven't able to have any in person socials and meetings- so hopefully we can do that soon

      Avantages

      I had a wonderful time there. I moved from multiple departments as I grew and worked on many fun projects. I learned a lot from working with my managers and COO. Everyone was fun and I was able to speak my mind.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing major. I had some conflicts of speed of return on deliverables and starting things from development.

      Departments often worked in silos, leading to limited cross-team collaboration Career growth and compensation could be improved Teams were occasionally under-resourced, creating workload challenges
