Avantages

Permanent Work from Home available

Inconvénients

Micromanagement at its peak, they track and record all employees desktops, take screenshots every 10 to 15mins of their desktop, no privacy, have to clock on tracker mandatorily 9hrs else salary gets deducted. no leaves during probation period. overtime work on many days. tech/team leads just approve pull requests and joins meetings. they promise they will work with developers side by side. but they just make the developers do all the work. no pf benefits, no gratuity, no health insurance. they have huge number of interns at very low payscale, they also take security deposit from interns to convert them to full time employees. forces all employees to give 5 star rating on glassdoor, ambitionbox etc to get experience certificate in return otherwise they won't give one. don't even provide a laptop to all employees. assigns task not relevant to the skill of the employee. too long bench period. they ask employees to learn blockchain and web3 within 3 days without providing any resources. this is just a mere startup which hires employees as consultants. not a real established company.
