      - Learning Curve is good if you grab opportunities

      Inconvénients

      - You will be asked to leave the company once you complete the contract stating company is going under loss, in the background they will hire freshers for less package because they know you will start expecting hike in your salary. - Setting lot of Unrealistic goals - Zero encouragement for Employee growth in the organization - Greedy HR and CEO - Sunday to Thursday are working days - Treats employees very bad if they question on any senseless policies
