Avantages

The leadership and development teams are constantly working on new tools and services to bring to the market to keep SoftwareONE innovative, and great compensation is available to over-achievers across the board.
Inconvénients
Onboarding has not been high on the agenda until recently, although this is now changing as a result of so many new people joining the team on a weekly basis and the demand is driving a better process.
