      - friendly environment that you cannot get anywhere - Good hikes depending on your position and ability - meal coupons and cabs available

      Inconvénients

      - biased management - Higher Management only give chances to people who don't say anything or always besides them. - Work culture is more becoming like BPO

      Slow internal processes, over committing/under delivering, reselling is a nightmare here, Many customers are leaving due to poor experience the past few years
