Hey - thank you for the feedback and comments. You are right, Patrick was and remains a great leader and his spirit continues to inform all of our actions. I am very sorry you felt the way you did - Services is core to what we do and the Mexican and wider LATAM team have some of the best people in the whole company so it's frustrating you didn't feel or see this. We have made a number of changes to Mexico in the last 6 months with a new leadership set up and other investments so I am confident it will continue to be a great part of our family (please write to me directly if not!).
