      Avantages

      Very supportive and friendly coworkers. Good pay and well incentivised to progress in your career. Line managers were fantastic. I learnt a lot while I worked there.

      Inconvénients

      The top managers seemed to be a little out of touch, and unfortunately that caused issues with people below them.

      - If you have the drive and initiative, there's so much to learn and work on - Loveliest people who are equally passionate - No two days are the same

      Inconvénients

      - growing pains of a startup, nothing's perfect, would not suit those who need order and step-by-step direction - it's so fast-paced that it's challenging to keep continuous momentum

      Avantages

      The engineering team was great.

      Inconvénients

      The company lied about their runway and ran out of money. After working for them with the promise of back wages being paid back for some time, they took their new funding and started a new company "Junction" and laid everyone off. Avoid Junction at all costs.
