* No clear vision * Follow Hire and Fire policy * CTO everytime gives warning that he can fire, he shouts everytime. * He doesn't know how to explain the requirement and forgot everytime what he explains before. * CTO has no Etiquette to talk someone, He is running a office not his family very very rude Behavior towards others in workplace. * Induction of family members(With a huge career gap) in company in place of other employee * Overnight work.. * CEO lives in US and work from home but he wanted that everyone must come to office. * There is no proper way to assign task, there are a lot of software available on internet * Let say if you are working on a particular task but office time is over and you have to left for home at nigth suddenly a random person started working on your task and overnight this person will push the code on dev branch (That was my task and some other person did and that person pushed the code at 1 AM ) and when i reach office next day an pulled the code got lot of conflicts. First of all that was my task why did that person do that (Just to take credit) Okay no issue you did that but just inform to me that you did that and pushed the code(I have mentioned in the task sheet that i have been working on that task) there is a lot of confusion happens everytime.
