Avantages
Smart C-level management that is easily approachable, listen to employees and supper easy to communicate and discuss with. They trully practice "servant leadership style. Very friendly and supportive work environment. Carrying and active HR. Challenging and interesting projects with a lot of room for performance and growth. I personally learned a lot during my first 6 months in the company. Startup-ish "fail fast" environment and mindset, but without chaos and pressure
Inconvénients
Direction changes (pivots) may not suit expectations of those who look for enterprise level stability.
