      Positive and inclusive culture that believes in empowering each team member to contribute to the overall success of the company. Great work/life balance. Competitive salary and benefits. All around, a great place to work!

      Inconvénients

      Growing from startup to a more mature company always comes with it's pangs. Most notably, processes. While they continue to be defined, there are parts of the business where those processes are still being developed so that could be frustrating for some who may come from a more corporate environment.

      The company culture is fun, and the team has that small family feel. Health benefits being fully paid is a HUGE perk for the employee and their dependents.
