Great opportunity with the Infosys acquisition if they can get it right. So far looks good and Infosys have removed much of the management overhead.
Inconvénients
Job titles such as "Managing Director" in a team of only about 60 people (and shrinking) needs to change to "Salesforce Practice Lead" to make more consistent with other Infosys practices. However too many power struggles with remaining management that had no real growth for sometime. Needs a new practice lead to take growth forward.
