From the leadership that guides the organization to the consultants with boots on the ground, the people of Simplus exemplify the values of the company. There is a ton of collaboration and communication across all facets of the organization. At any given time, someone is saying "happy to help." This could be for a sales pursuit, a project in need, or for an individual who needs coaching and mentoring on a technical topic. The company also does a lot of great things to create a cohesive environment. There are lots of valuable company meetings, socials and hub activities, and virtual sessions on helpful life topics like financial planning or self-care. One of the best things about Simplus is company transparency. Knowing how we are doing as a business, what our focus areas are, and how we are doing against our goals is great! Good news or not...it's awesome to be trusted with this information. Simplus works hard to serve its customers as well as its employees and I appreciate that very much.

We are distributed which can sometimes feel disconnected, but that is addressed with many efforts from the leadership through planned activities, socials, and company meetings.
