Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Management genuinely cares about their people, and is fairly transparent about company performance. Benefits are good for the industry, and pay is at or above average. It’s also a great place to advance your career as they primarily promote from within.
Inconvénients
Simplus has had trouble getting broader than CPQ. It’s an extremely difficult product to implement and isn’t as flexible as competing offerings (Apptus, BigMachines, etc). When project run into troubles (even small ones) the Salesforce account executives often don’t want to work with us anymore. If you know CPQ or are willing to learn, you will love it here though.
