The work environment is really were people could really grow and prosper in their career paths

      Its a growing company so there are new implemented processes that is added every quarter, and you need to adapt to constant fast paced environment

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Inconvénients

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
